How is Photorejuvenation performed?
A cold gel is applied to the area to be treated and you will be given dark glasses or special eye pads to protect your eyes from the bright light. You may feel a slight sting during the treatment, like the snapping of small rubber band. There must be no sun exposure to your skin at least 14 days before and 14 days after treatment..

Treatments vary from 1 – 5 depending on the individual. You can expect excellent long term results, minimal adverse effects and high satisfaction. Each treatment takes about 20 mins, depending on the area to be treated.

Is there any downtime?
After your photorejuvenation procedure, you can expect to appear slightly pink and feel varying degrees of warmth in your skin. If we are treating freckles or sunspots, they will appear much darker initially, then flake off after approximately 7 days. Any red vessels on the area will be treated simultaneously and fade in approximately 4 weeks. You may resume your daily activities immediately as there is no downtime.
